Are Stirling Soap products made with natural ingredients?
Yes, we pride ourselves on using high-quality, natural ingredients like beef tallow, shea butter, and essential oils to ensure a superior lather and skin-nourishing experience.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to a wide range of countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their local government.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used soaps or grooming goods. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We do not test our finished products on animals. While some of our traditional soaps use responsibly sourced animal fats like tallow for their performance benefits, we ensure ethical sourcing across our supply chain.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please email our support team immediately. Once an order has reached the fulfillment stage, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
